How to Stop Cell Phone Abusers

March 13th, 2010

All I wanted was a peaceful ride on the train, but Mr. Mouth kept talking. With my 1933key Cell Phone Jammer, I did finally get some rest.

The jammer I used is 1933key’s 30m Cell Jammer (J15P01B), which costs about US$130 (NTD$4000) including shipping.

Why people use cell phone jammers – mobile phone blockers?

* Personal: Eliminate Cellular Interruptions & Nuisances.
* Corporate: Prevent Cellular Security Breaches.
* Safety: Enforce Safety Hazard Policies.
* Military: Block Cell Phone Triggered Explosives.

I dont think anyone has been fined for this though, at least thats what I have heard. One reason being that big companies use them when they have important meetings (or something similar) so if little people get caught with them and get fined, they will have to do the same with them. Still researching about this subject though…

It is a fine, “federal offense” is usually used to mean a federal felony.

If you are discreet it is nearly impossible to get caught anyhow, especially if you disguise the jammers as something else.. Or plead the 5th and say you just found it laying on the road if a cop searches you for some other reason.
